    ADVENTA  Point-Of-Sale Solutions, ADVENTA POS, provides 24x7x365 support plans for our valued customers. With over 20+ years experience in the business we understand the need for service does not always happen during normal business hours. We are structured to always have technicians available to handle any support issues that may arise.

Our office hours are from 9:00 – 5:00 PM EST Monday through Friday. Our Help Desk is fully staffed during those hours and on Saturday from 9:00-5:00pm. ADVENTA Point-Of-Sale Solutions also provides an after-hours support service available to all of our Food Service POS and Retail POS clients which can be reached by calling our toll free and following the options for after hours support.
    + SOFTWARE SUPPORT
All Point-Of-Sale clients are elligible for free upgrades for the first year after purchase. After the first year, clients on service contract are elligible for free upgrades for the life of the contract. It's a radical concept, free upgrades, but we believe it's the right way to do things.
    + HARDWARE SUPPORT
ADVENTA  Point-Of-Sale Solutions work with the best in the business. Our 20+ years of experience has allowed us to test every brand on the market. We know what works and we refuse to install anything else.
    + TRAINING SUPPORT
We call these the "how do I" questions. While initial training is included, ADVENTA  understands employee turnover is unavoidable at times and additional training or help may be needed. We are available for questions and the FAQ section of this website is another useful resource provided for all clients.
