  QUALITY ASSURANCE - LEVEL 1 & 2
 


Quality Assurance Individuals reporting to Director of Operations. Duties and responsibilities include ownership of version releases, QA scripting and critical script certification, debugging and auditing.

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - LEVEL 1 & 2

 
Customer Service Representatives reporting to Director of Operations. Duties and responsibilities include customer interaction over the phone, remote connectivity and knowledge of appropriate software being supported, as well as, the target industries and operations.

  FIELD TECHNICIAN - LEVEL 1 & 2
 

Field Technicians reporting to Director of Operations. Duties and responsibilities include customer interactions over the phone, on-site support of installation, remote connectivity and knowledge of appropriate software being supported, as well as, the target industries and operations. Travel required.

 

DEVELOPER - LEVEL 1, 2 & 3

 


Developers reporting to the CTO. Requirements include, knowledge of relational databases, in any object oriented language such as Javascript, Java, Pascal, Delphi, C #, VB.net. Duties and responsibilities include unit level debugging, interaction in development and QA cycle with QA department and beta sites.
